The Kindle and Kennel Mission:

I’ve helped feed, fix and care for many stray and feral cats. But being a renter is limiting and ultimately heartbreaking. There is only so much one can do when you don’t own property. That is why I developed Kindle and Kennel.

I've brought over 25 years of woodworking experience and 40 years of art making to the table in order to create handcrafted furnishings for your own fur babies. The Kindle and Kennel line will offer unique limited series pieces with fun themes. And the best part, every penny in profit will go towards the building of an animal sanctuary.

I know I have a long road ahead of me, but I’m determined to continue producing this line until I can offer a permanent home to any and all strays that show up at my door.

I used to sell jewelry in my early twenties long before art school. I will always have a love for making it.

I think these mollusks are my favorite of all the seafood themed cat toys. I’ve stitched in tiny pockets to make the catnip refillable.

I find it super annoying that most other catnip cat toys have catnip stitched into them because eventually it grows stale and the toy loses its catnippy-ness 😂. Not on my watch 😉

This was the first themed bed I made and it’s still my favorite. This lobster trap cat bed is inspired by my east coast childhood. All the cat toys are hand stitched felt. The lobster has a squeaker, buoys have bells and the mollusks have refillable catnip pockets. (Seaweed is just a garnish 😉🤣)
