Returns & Exhanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Returns: Merchandise must be unused/new and in same condition/packaging you received it in. Refunds on products will be given after I receive a valid returned product.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns not available for sale items and gift certificates.
Exchanges: Buyer must pay for initial shipping and return shipping. We will ship your exchange item back, on us.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Kindle and Kennel is not responsible for any lost/stolen/abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be given. Please ensure a secure shipping location is provided at checkout. "Signature upon delivery" is available by request. All packages will ship with general tracking.
Shipping Policy
All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for making prior to shipping.
At this time, we are only shipping domestically within the US. Shipping will be done through USPS or UPS depending on cost. You will receive an email with tracking number once your package ships.
